Top 5 Boat Games on Android in France, Q3 2024

During the third quarter of 2024, the boat games category on the Android platform in France saw varied performances across the top five apps, according to Sensor Tower data.

Virtual Regatta Offshore by Virtual Regatta SAS showed a notable increase in weekly downloads, climbing from around 141 in early July to over 622 by the end of September. Revenue trends were similarly dynamic, with a peak of about $4.2K in the last week of September, up from $3K at the start of the quarter. The app maintained a strong user base, with weekly active users fluctuating but reaching over 18K in the penultimate week.

My Cruise: Idle ship Tycoon, published by Focus apps, experienced a decline in downloads from about 6.5K in mid-July to 4.3K by the end of September. Despite this, weekly active users showed a steady increase, closing the quarter at approximately 57.5K. Revenue saw a downward trend, starting at $680 and decreasing to around $303 by the end of September.

World of Warships Legends PvP from Wargaming Group had no recorded downloads or active user data during this period. However, the app's revenue peaked significantly at $1.7K in early September, before dropping sharply to $113 by the end of the month.

Battle Bay, by Rovio Entertainment Corporation, maintained a consistent revenue stream, with a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching about $460. Weekly active users, however, showed a gradual decline from 82 to 36 over the three months.

Finally, Port City: Ship Tycoon by Pixel Federation Games saw fluctuating downloads, peaking at 961 in late July. Revenue started strong at $339, dipped mid-quarter, and ended at $131. Weekly active users peaked at 1.5K in early August but showed a downward trend, finishing at 649 by the quarter's end.
